Naomi Foundation is about people and communities.

Naomi Helping Hands International Foundation (NHHIF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education and skill development opportunities for vulnerable children. Our core mission is to empower communities through sustainable development goals programs that foster health & wellness, gender Equity, learning, self-reliance, and economic growth. NHHIF is a youth-led, women-focused, non-governmental, non-profit, and non-religious organization dedicated to eradicating hunger (UN SDG 2), restoring dignity to women, children, adolescents, young persons (AYP), elderly, and vulnerable populations. Our commitment is to empower the vulnerable, uphold moral values, and contribute to creating a better life for everyone. Naomi Helping Hands was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 6931915. Our focus is to provide the basic needs such as health & wellness, education, feeding, shelter, clothing, and housing and medical support of the less privileged with focus on orphans, widows, homeless citizen, disabled citizen Our target is to transform the lives of vulnerable Children/Women by empowering them with programs and financial assistance that will improve their standards of living, social well-being and boost their morale. Thus aid in fulfilling their potential.

OUR MISSION & VISION

To restore dignity and hope by empowering vulnerable children and families through education, healthcare, skill development, and humanitarian support, ensuring they build self-reliance and a brighter future. A world where every vulnerable child and family thrives in dignity, with access to quality education, healthcare, and opportunities for a sustainable future.

Short-Term Objectives

Our primary concern for vulnerable communities and disadvantaged persons gives our Non-profit its immediate catchment area and giving focus. In the local Government Areas in Lagos State, where our Head Quarters is domiciled, we are creating a small impact within these communities.

Medium-Term Objectives

The target for 2025 is to achieve synergy with various state governments in critical areas of need in a few States in Nigeria where Youth employment, Women’s Education and Environmental degradation deserves the intervention of our Non-Profit organization.

To achieve this, we are partnering with a few State Governments to deliver this objective using the best global practices to provide facilities, training, and equipment.

Long-Term Objectives

Beginning in Q3 of 2023, we are structuring our wholly-owned subsidiary, Naomi International School to be a functional environmentally friendly school for boys and girls from vulnerable communities who meet our criteria for study at this co-ed international school, located in Lagos, Nigeria.

A Majority of our Sponsors are from the Public sector, especially the State Governments that we are partnering with. This Public Private Partnership includes Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of Governments both on the State and National levels to deliver to designated communities funds or equipment that our Non-Profit is able to maintain and allow the communities to utilize directly.

We work also with Small & Medium Enterprises in the private sector. This SME sector is the largest employer of labor in Nigeria.

The Budget for 2023/2024 is to raise from our Sponsors, Partners, and other Funding Non-Profits USD$500,000-1,000,000 to achieve our goals of intervention for our core focus areas and groups. Approximately 25% of the amount would be utilized for training, seminars and workshops, whilst 15% would be utilized for administrative and overheads of delivery of the schedules for 2023/2024.
